Web Appropriate is the project that I’ve been working on for the last few months. You’ll find more information on the development blog, but here’s a quick quote on the direction of the product;
Web Appropriate is the working title of a UK-based social Web application targeting the movement of a core social networking demographic (twenty-something Facebook users), and their transition in to the working environment. This isn’t an enterprise technology - we’ll be looking to consumer focused social Web services like Facebook, Twitter, and Jaiku, to create a service that people will find compelling.
Web Appropriate ended up as SoIndustry, a broadcasting tool for helping you to keep in touch with your industry. The Web Appropriate blog will be used for blog posts on start-ups, web apps, building a web application, etc.
